Hours of Operation & Communication

We are always happy to answer questions or provide guidance via email or text. For all inquiries, we kindly recommend email communication to ensure timely and accurate responses. Our preferred vendor list is also available to help guide you in the planning process.

Office & Administrative Hours


Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Emails, contracts, and general inquiries)

Emails received over the weekend will be responded to the following Monday.

Venue Tours


Tours of CG are available by appointment only on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Tour requests outside of these days require management approval.

Rehearsals


If an event is scheduled on the day of your rehearsal, rehearsal time will be limited to 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM that morning.

Please note: Emailing about availability does not confirm your event date. Dates are only secured once a contract is signed and the required deposit is received.
